Spotify Squad Model
The Spotify squad model allows teams to constantly reform and restructure. I guess I'm asking, was this designed to solve for the way that organization was already working at Spotify or was this little disconnected in your view? It's difficult for me to answer because I wasn't there at the time when the document was written. But what I did notice is that up until recently, Spotify solved basically every problem that it had by hiring more people.
