The Belt and Road Initiative in the United States

The Belt and Road initiative has helped secure China's centrality, if not the hierarchy in the region. The question is how do you maintain this? How do you make this work in a long run? Even today, we have 140, 50, 45 countries that have signed down. Despite all these problems, how many countries have signed out from that?
