Dominic Barton - Is He a Friend of Justin Trudeau?
Dominic Barton was the head of McKinsey up until 2018, when he became Canada's ambassador to China. He has since moved on from that post and works in the private sector. But what makes him particularly interesting is his connection with Dominic Barton because they created this panel called the advisory committee on economic growth. They made some pretty major policy recommendations that the Government later adopted such as creating a Canada infrastructure bank.
