Niche Chatbots: A New Use Case for Information Retrieval

The most popular use case that we saw many respondents talking about were what I am calling niche chatbots. These are specialized large language model chatbot on narrow domain topics. This is a predominant one with the majority of respondents answering with the phrase information retrieval. However, this one to me and this is just my feeling it is not the respondents but this one feels like the most juvenile the helping with feature recommendations.
