Is It a Woman's Right to Be Confident?

I think it really depends on what the person's motivations are for picking up the phone and talking to you. Is somebody talking to you because they don't want this, whatever happened to them to happen to other people? You have to just reassure folks that like, we work at the New York Times and we handle all kinds of sensitive information every day. But I guess those are a couple of things that I like to keep in mind.
