Is It Unfair That You Have to Do All These Extra Things?

Having a degree will help you climb the corporate ladder or the career ladder in a better way. You are having to do these extra things just to bring yourself up to power with what a university grad would not have to do. I don't think it's unfair because to them, they go to university and they gain the knowledge. But to me, I gain the hands on experience. So when I am back into the industry, I would know what to do and what not to do. These are the steps that would bring the company to greater heights.
