Michael: Shyness is one of the things I'm most passionate about when it comes to helping other people overcome it. It was such a debilitating problem, which I suppose means a problem that really stopped me doing things and held me back in life until my early twenties. Since working on that problem, as I see it as a problem, my life has got much, much better and happier. And I would like to help them if I can do that a bit on my podcast too.
