The History of the Balls

I don't think even American Italian Americans know the history of the balls. I've been refused tuna and pineapple pizza, which is the most popular pizza in England. Italians are generally not snobbish, except on food. In Malta, there are some restaurants with a sign in the window saying no Italians because they just can't stand the Italian.
