You Didn't Try to End Your Life?
I'm glad to hear things are going well but you're obviously in that time still having some whatever we want to call them, blips or hiccups. My attempt this year was caused by a traumatic event and spent a few days in intensive care whilst that is a suicide attempt. That isn't related to the last 30 years of my life. I have like a team of professionals who know. There's a limit on what you can put on some money isn't there. So I have really really close friends that I always speak to about anything and everything. You know, after a couple of weeks I kind of go, I should probably be less of a day down and out.
