The Reaction to the Dobbs Decision

There will be future cases that move on from the, from the cases about what the law means to what the facts are. You'll see case after case of individuals and not just sort of Ed Blum and his coalitions, but also just individuals filing lawsuits challenging individual university practices. And so we're going to have a lot of fights over how much deference the courts of appeals or the Supreme Court should give to the factual findings of trial judges.
