The Power of Second Person in Storytelling
I was thinking a little bit about that line between second and third person but really it's inherently implied in all forms of storytelling. In N.K. Jemison's uh the fifth season which is a book I recommend it's a great great dystopian sci-fi book, there are three main characters each talked about any different tense. The story ties directly into the exact POV she chose for each of those characters as well as interludes from an outside narrator who speaks to you with a tone of like how do I tell you what this is? And so it has this thing it challenges you the reader to fully understand the puzzle they're putting together for you which is really fascinating.
