Are Layoffs a Part of Business?
startups can mean so many different things. They either go away or become entirely different sized companies, different scale in such a short period of time. I think it was nice to get into layoffs at this particular moment of time with someone who's actually conducted not one, but two significant rounds of them. And Brex definitely stood out both times of being very transparent about it and being very like, we just overshot on this or we predicted this was going to happen and it didn't pan out.
