As you wake up, as your eyes are opening, go into what I call the multiple perspective advantage. This is a way that we can get into very quickly. We can train ourselves. You've heard me teach this before and if you haven't and this is the first time you're hearing it, it is the ability that we have as humans to stand back and observe ourselves. At first it feels weird but as you practice doing that it's a great skill because it'll carry over into your day to day life. It'll help improve your general self-regulation which goes tight in hand with the mind management I was talking about.
