Onboarding for Obsidian

There are lots of underlying issues with the way obsidian app works. How do you onboard someone to obsidian? It's going to depend what context they're in. I've recently put up a habit building one, which is on journals and habit building and habit tracking. But if you don't want to do any of that, you just want to write how do you just start writing. So you kind of need like an onboarding course for each context. That, that to me is one of the biggest issues of sitting in house.
