Do Rest Periods Matter for Your Heart Rate Goals?

In between sets matter as well, I would imagine. But that is purely for a heart rate goal. And after getting to the other reasons why you would wait longer and a ton like that. So if you were wanted to train these lifts and you wanted to get it strong, that would be my recommendation: squatting, deadlifting and bent pressing heavy. Cutting down the rest periods, doing a moderate intensity with a good form because if you break then your ability to exercise goes out the window.
