I have 11 columns here that I use. And for me, it's really helpful to visualize it. Usually people just get added to the sales pipeline once there is like some form of contact established. So yeah, that's basically my CRM. There's a lot more you can do with it. You can send emails from here. You can export some reports. For me, I keep it really simple. Sales pipeline leads and tasks.
