i had built a rental property portfolio and a dividend, a dividend stock portfolio. That generated about 80 thousand dollars a year in passive investment income. And then i had financial samurai, which was so fun to write and to connect. I also went to business school part time, which was like 20 hours a week for three years. So i i basely tried to stack it all together, work harder while i was younger, while i still had the energy.
