The Bing Chatbot Is Getting Longer and Longer

When Bing chat was first launched, all kinds of weird things would happen. Microsoft put in some hard constraints on what can happen here. And this is now, you know, they're stepping back and kind of relaxing some of those constraints. It really points to this fundamental tradeoff between how safety you want your system to be versus how generally useful do you want it to be for any kind of task? Really interesting tradeoff.
