i've been having guilt cause my meditations have been really, there's no good or bad. I'm just naturally wanting a break from wey'll just want like, kind of shallow fund wel you know, i say it a bunch, but richard rore says, all knowing needs to be balanced with unknowing. So you and i do practise undoing quite a bit. Another random meditation tip is the monstre that's really been doing it for me still, is just this. And i was in a real stale until i remember, just this. Just this, surely a nice way of nudging yourself back till i stop. Yes,  I love it so much
