i would say you have to put the burden on the companies. They are the ones maintaining and profiting from the platforms. The good news is, i think they are beginning to accept that responsibility. You're starting to see a migration of people who used to work for people like us to go work n those companies. And while i hate to see that outflow of talent from the government, of really capable people who are tremendous civil servants,. I also want those people working at places like facebook and dugal and other places, because they bring a sensibility about national security and about community safety to those companies.
