The Effects of Metabolic Adaptation on Weight Loss

A study by martins and colleagues found that people who experienced more a metabolic adaptation, it did take them a little longer to get to their weight lost goal. But what they are able to see is, just like the folks who were experiencing more metabolic adaptation in this study still had very successful weight lost programmes. It just they just didn't lose quite as much during duringt the programme rent. They just had a little bit more friction along the way.
