How to Predict Your Next Job in 20 Years

Predicting my next job is a challenge, but a feasible one. I don't know what I'm going to be doing in 20 years. One advantage of using a probabilistic model is that we can make those predictions. As we had more and more resume samples, the model was able to make better predictions on downstream survey data sets.
