The Unloving Character of God
If God is the creator and is in charge of this world, it's a world that is just constantly mistreating us. He has to be working through the world to do these things to us. That has to come out on his character. So it's hard to believe in a creator God and not think of him as unloving because of how the world acts. And so we put those qualities on God to sanction them in ourselves. But I think that like if your only experience of beings is that they have nasty egos and then you imagine a being, of course you'll imagine a being that aligns with your experience of all other beings. Yeah.
