Richard: Emotional engagement is critical for all companies to advance and scale. If we took a, in some way, a people leadership model, where if you appeal to the heart, everything else will follow. I think there is a distinctive role for emotional bram building behind a purpose that's going to drive business success regardless of the vertical. And i thinkth particularly for me, that the focus on the end user, and actually having a bit more helistic view of everybody that your product is serving and helping is a a healthy way of looking at things.
