How to Help a Junior Developer Work on a Game
Bob: I got him started in the first, you know, a couple days and helping him with what the overall architecture should be. And now this summer, he doesn't ask me for debugging help ever. He's good at brainstorming even though he's probably always going to go for the most lazy pragmatic option in the first place. Bob: When you learn lots of things not only do you have to learn about your technologies, but also how to commit early and off-the-shelf code.
