I think something that's brought up here very interesting, like Chris Wagner brings up here in the chat and he goes, there's been, even our school system kind of teaches to a certain degree, right? So when we, when you teach things to pass the test, I feel like the emphasis is on getting those core skills and getting people through the tests. What is, how does that get taught? And then looking at, you know, new people coming into my company or companies or any company for that matter,. You're always going to get people to kind of roll through. It's going to potentially department of growth.
