Who put all the info who got who gathered all the information and put it in the system was that the property manager after they got the the contract from the salespeople. How many people don't know what type of heat they have they don't know yeah they're paying the bill they just don't even know but so if you can do as much of the upfront work as you can you save operations a little bit at what point we even had somebody who was in between who was and i would love to get him back like an onboarding specialist and onboarding specialist that would bridge that gap. We heard this young kid and he was a super goat gutter and  he's too smart
