How to Be a Fully Remote Team

Hiring the right people is very crucial and especially like what lennette said. We got an internal recruiter which I agree was like Extremely important. Getting a financial controller of work because at that time, I mean we were six peopleWe raised the money the money comes in up to that moment. My biggest concern as a founder was like, um, are we chasing here something which is real or is it just a dream? So am I wasting two three years of my time on chasing something which does not exist ? And so how did you manage that being fully remote? It's quite intense especially the first 69 months.
