McKinsey's Conflicts of Interest

McKinsey's extensive work with state-owned enterprises there as well, which is a similarity with South Africa. There are conflicts of interest all over that chapter and I'll throw the book at McKinsey about how they purport to manage those. The real example that kind of shows McKinsey's identification in China with the Chinese and kind of losing the big picture was something that we actually put on the front page of the New York Times last year.
