What Happened to the Vietnamese Refugees in New Orleans?

Vietnamese refugees and immigrants in New Orleans East. My parents had come from Saigon when I was a few months old. They ended up in New Orleans because my dad had heard that his friend's father had gone there first and was already there. When we first over the father who we stayed with, he was a butcher. And they were, you know, trying to imagine this guy running a coffee shop and being a butcher,. killing animals right? But it's funny to imagine these people out there floating. It is terrifying.
