Conversational Survey Versus Static Survey

I think of a survey as a fairly static thing. Even if there's a free text field and I pour out all my thoughts into it, I don't always get feedback the way I do in a conversation. So this kind of interactivity could be providing a conversational survey naturally. The output space of an answer is infinite. How we respond to that is a fascinating question.
