How do you descalate out that mode of thinking? So usualy, when people come in hot usually they're talking first. The techniques are designed to basically tell the person. This is what i think you feel like. Nd, that's a golden phrase that i used a lot. If i were you, i would feel the exact same way as you do right now. And so now you're talking on this problem solving scale. Instead of the i'm trying to won up you, you're trying to win up me. Now we're having a logical conversation. You may not agree with it totally, but you can acknowledge that the point they're making is understandable and important
