The Power of Training
The purpose of a training session is to store energy in the body rather than exhausted. The training energizes your body and makes you feel better, stronger. This is how now, like in the past after Jiu Jitsu, I was exhausted. Now this time training in this way, training a different way has given me more energy. It's also difficult to do any other physical exercise because again, you're too tired.
