The Political Force of the Middle Class

Piketty: I think managerial class is the wrong framing, but that's what we have. The precarious are people in a high social or in like basically like a middle upper class; they're very unstable and uncertain. And I think that this class is a political force. To me it's less so like the masses, to me it's like, you know, expanding,. expanding the aristocracy, not even getting to the masses yet.
