The Importance of Firmness in Negotiation
Is there a default answer of who's in charge or is it actually a negotiation every time? To some extent, I think it's like we are coming in. Once we've done the handover process and we are the ones who are in charge of the patient, that's the default way it works. Obviously when it gets, it gets stickier if there are more senior people involved. Sure. And the person we send out is junior. That needs a bit stickier for the person we sent out.
