Qatar investors, but definitely not the same Qatar that owns PSG, are interested in buying Manchester United and Deli Mall reported it as grimly or stonily committed to getting the deal done. The Premier League appears to have taken today when, you know, firing shots across the bow of Manchester City and specifically UAE owning them. And if these owners all sort of agree that they want to have some more fiscal discipline, it certainly can shape the direction that the economics of the sport go in the next five to 10 years.
