Sitting is the new smoking, haven't youo, that's righti's the not moving part that i think is the problem. We need to be realistic, but we need to frame things positively so that that shapes their own thought process in their behaviour outside of the clam. This whole pain doesn't always equal tissue damaged thing, because everybody thinks they're damaged. They think an increase in pain must mean that things are getting worse. But these don't always line up. And so if people know where things really are and start to challenge their previous thoughts about where they are on a clinical level, then how optimistic they can be will help them get better. Those are the big pieces
