Last March, Putin said that he's going to be moving tactical nuclear weapons from Russia to Belarus. Lukashenko is dependent, utterly dependent on Moscow, both economically and politically. So does that mean Putin is going to use them? Well, unfortunately, I don't know. But if Putin does, well, Ricardo, I think you're pretty safe to book that hotel in Vegas because at that point, the West will have to respond with a tactical nuclear strike of its own.
