The Story of Samuel Zell and the Real Estate Market

Samuel Zell's parents are rich and he attends the University of Michigan. He is less interested in his studies than in finding new ways to make a buck. In 1968, he founded a company and brought in his old business partner and he started buying properties. Now that he sells his real estate business and he starts working as a lawyer, he quits and decides to go back into real estate  and make it his full time career.
