The liver is doing tons of things. I read like 500 different jobs it does. So how about we just think, we're going to focus on metabolism here, right? So it does all sorts of things, but just focus on metabolism. And then compared to when you have a meal and then we'll get to exercise. Okay, so in the liver, when you're in what would be a post-absorptive state, that is a fasted state, the liver is the source of glucose for the body. It takes care of about 60% of the glucose.
