There's the question of do you need emotion to actually act in the world? Which is the question that I think the neurobiology, neuroscience findings are relevant to. If people aren't able to feel emotion or connect emotion to their conscious reasoning, they can't... They don't know what they want or what they should do in the world because they don't feel any emotional reactions when they simulate different potential outcomes. So there it just seems less. It seems like something that can be suggestive of an area that you should examine more closely.
