How to Rebuild a Company in the Middle of a Recession

In June of 2008, I became the CEO and president of our company. At that time, we still had about $12 million of debt. We were losing $150,000 a month, no end in sight. The pain I must quote Emperor Marcus Aurelius at this point, the obstacle becomes the way when your faculties will rise to their occasions. Whatever insurmountables, obstacles there are, if you put your mind to it, you will find a path through those hurts.
