I think it's giving yourself permission to be yourself and we've had the threads of that throughout the conversation but noticing when you're editing yourself. Then how can we build a better connection with ourselves to have bliss? I'm in a season right now where I feel a little bit more visible than perhaps I normally am. It's constantly tuning back into what do I want  and then moving beyond the self.
