Is Trump the Man Who Believes the Law?

Bannon said Trump is the guy who believes the law as soon as it comes out of his mouth. He then added a dig to Bill Clinton saying, you know, he's kind of like Bill Clinton. The party that told itself it was a majority really does talk themselves into this. Half to two thirds believe that Biden isn't legitimate and they have this extraordinary capacity.
