Dr. Alika LaFontaine, president of the Canadian Medical Association: We need to lean in and really accelerate and magnify. The lesson that can be learned from the 2004 investment and everything that came after is that as long as people sit around the table and remain focused on the same problem, change will happen. You know, this crisis will eventually end. The challenge is now to make sure that when we make it through, we're in the best position to not fall into crisis again.
