Lik you say that in the book thath, the goal is to fall through your ego. How do you do that? Well, i think it's this process of going to the valley, get broken open, let somebody reach you up and then once you're ready for the second climb, you just find things to commit to. And the people i've seen, i've been around people who are joyous recently im once a month i find somebody just radiates joy.
