Gregg plackett's latest exhibition at the tape modern train experiments with a future based on so called plant baste meat. Gregg grew up on a dairy farm, but like a lot of young people, i rebelled. He doesn't talk to his father or mother because they continue to participate in something that i think is kind of a irresponsible industry. Why save the planet if it's a planet without any cows on it?
