I watched, too stunned to move, as the boy screeched like some kind of teradactyl right in my face. He backed away from me on all fours and ran into a field until he was out of sight. I still don't know what that childlike thing was. To this day, i get chills thinking about his pitch black eyes and that inhuman screech that he let out. It was the single most terrifying thing ih've ever seen in my life. I hope it will be my last.
