Bring Your Whole Self to Work

Leaders are encouraged to bring their whole self, because it brings a more personal environment to the workplace. I certainly have experienced that im you know, getting Certainly some homophobic comments and sexes comments. And so there there's been some real penalties for bringing your wholeself to work. But i think that we're moving increasingly towards that view of actually, it's in our diversity of not just our backgrounds, but how we look at the world, that is actually how we all get better.
