On episode 202 we bring on Ryan who has done something that most couldn't imagine doing let alone dare. Ryan had an encounter with a Skinwalker near Skinwalker Ranch and once he learned what this phenomenon was he couldn't get it out of his mind. So, he talked it over with his wife and together they decided to purchase the property next to Skinwalker Ranch to research the activity in the area. Ryan hired a caretaker for the property in which he told the caretaker to never shoot at anything he sees on the property because he wants this property to become a safe haven sanctuary for the things that creep around it.
